We deal with a high volume of parts requests, so we appreciate your patience. We require the make and model, as well as the part number to be filled out. If the fireplace is older, include the year as well. If we installed the unit, please enter your address in the comments section so we can quickly look up your fireplace. Vancouver Gas Fireplaces can fulfil parts requests for the areas we service including the Lower Mainland, Fraser Valley, Sea to Sky region and the Sunshine Coast.
