Most manufacturers offer a 1-year parts warranty on the operating fireplace. Firebox warranties can last up to 20 years.
Vancouver Gas Fireplaces will honor manufacturer warranties. Labor is also covered under warranty for one year so long as we installed the product. Products purchased from our store but installed by others in a safe and proper manner will have the parts warranty honored by VGF but not the labor. |
